SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UK Mainland Delivery
Standard UK Mainland delivery is free on orders over £1500 dependant on item(s)

Standard/Small Items: For orders under £1500 we charge from £15.  Small items will usually be delivered by courier within 3-5 days.

Large Items or Area: Please note for large items in the collections, to be delivered, there is a higher shipping cost, due to hand delivery or courier.

Areas such as Cornwall, North Wales, North Yorkshire or Scotland, with up to a 4 week delivery timeline. The cost is a minimum of £50.00, dependant on item(s) ordered. We will contact you first to confirm that you are happy to pay the higher quoted delivery charges.

Delivery Timeline: All large items have up to a 4-week timeline for delivery. If you are ordering large product(s) such as an obelisk, arch or larger 3-ring herbaceous support, we may hand deliver these to you due to size, please email us if you have a deadline.

Collection: If you would prefer to collect from us in Cirencester (GL7 1YS), please quote the discount code COLLECTION at checkout to remove the shipping charges. Visitors are welcome by prior appointment only please.

UK Islands Delivery
Delivery to remote areas. We therefore charge a minimum £105.00 +VAT to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Highlands & Islands, dependant on product(s). If you are ordering large products, such as an obelisk, arch or large 3-ring herbaceous support, please email us first for a shipping quote.

Overseas delivery
We ship Internationally. For all overseas enquiries, please email us first so we can obtain precise shipping costs before you place your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Want to return something? 
We hope that you are delighted with your order. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please let us know and we’ll find the right solution. We will either replace it, arrange for its collection and replacement or issue you a full refund.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS 

If you simply change your mind and decide to cancel your order, we will refund you in full if it has not already been despatched, or refund you in full less the delivery charge if you return it by DPD or Parcelforce or less a minimum £40 delivery and a £40 collection charge (dependant on area) if it is a large item that we have delivered and need to collect. 

If your order is within the ULEZ zone in London and you change your mind, and only if we have to collect the item(s) you have decided to return, we will also deduct the Congestion Charge and ULEZ fee due on the collection from your refund.

Guarantee
All our products are handmade in the Cotswolds using high-quality materials and are designed to last a lifetime. Our traditional manufacturing techniques may result in small differences in product size. If you’re unhappy with your item in any way, we will refund you in full.
