SHIPPING & DELIVERY
UK Mainland Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over £1,500 to many UK mainland locations. However, delivery charges are dependent on the products ordered, delivery method and delivery postcode. While many orders over £1,500 qualify for free UK mainland delivery, larger items, remote locations, and deliveries requiring specialist transport, crating or dedicated vehicles may incur additional charges. We will always contact you to discuss and agree any delivery costs before dispatch.
Standard/Small Items:
Orders under £1,500 are charged from £15. Small items are typically dispatched by courier and delivered within 3-5 working days.
Large, Oversized & Pallet Delivery
Our larger products, including obelisks, arches, herbaceous supports and bulk orders, often require specialist transport or hand delivery due to their size and weight. Delivery charges are calculated according to the products ordered and delivery location. For remote areas, including Cornwall, North Wales, North Yorkshire, the Scottish Highlands and other locations where courier services are restricted or additional transport is required, delivery charges may apply regardless of order value. We will always contact you to confirm any additional costs before processing your order.
Delivery Timeline:
As many of our products are handcrafted to order, large items and specialist deliveries may take up to 4 weeks. Where possible we combine deliveries to minimise transport costs and environmental impact. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Collection: If you would prefer to collect from us in Cirencester (GL7 1YS), please quote the discount code COLLECTION at checkout to remove the shipping charges. Visitors are welcome by prior appointment only please.
UK Islands, Remote & Specialist Delivery: Deliveries to remote areas, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other locations outside standard mainland UK courier networks, will incur an additional delivery charge please email us first for a shipping quote.
