CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If you simply change your mind and decide to cancel your order, we will refund you in full if it has not already been despatched, or refund you in full less the delivery charge if you return it by DPD or Parcelforce or less a £25 delivery and a £25 collection charge if it is a large item that we have delivered and need to collect.

If your order is within the ULEZ zone in London and you change your mind, and only if we have to collect the item(s) you have decided to return, we will also deduct the Congestion Charge and ULEZ fee due on the collection from your refund.

Guarantee
All our products are handmade in the Cotswolds using high-quality materials and are designed to last a lifetime. Our traditional manufacturing techniques may result in small differences in product size.
